This full-body workout focuses primarily on your fitness and ensures that individual muscle groups are trained one after the other.
It's called 'circuit training' because all the machines are actually in a circle. In our workout, however, we work less with equipment and much more with a few props. In circuit training, we focus primarily on strength, endurance, flexibility and speed.
