You are engaged and busy during the week, but only with yourself. Give the health week a chance to move you and feel the change that such a short time can give you!
You can only book the courses for our health week online and only as long as there are still places available. The places are limited so that the instructor of the respective course can concentrate on you and all the other participants. So it pays to be quick!
The courses are timed in such a way that you can basically take an early morning, a morning and an afternoon course if you wish. Please note, however, that the content of the morning and afternoon courses builds on each other, so you will need to attend each day to get the best possible effect.
