Sporty, sporty!
Who fancies aqua gymnastics? Enjoy the warmth and cosiness while you work out. Alternating exercises and different levels of difficulty await you.
Even (or especially) when you're nicely finished after aqua gymnastics on Juist, you just know that you've done something good for your body.
Entrance is a quarter of an hour before the start of aqua gymnastics.

Please note: If you are taking part as a private individual, the offer is normally called "Aquanudel und Co. - Aquagymnastik". However, you can also use this offer as part of a cure, so that the aqua gymnastics then magically becomes a "movement bath".
