Located in the quiet eastern part of town near the dyke. There is only one apartment in the house, which is rented out to holiday guests.
The landlord is temporarily present, at least during the arrival and departure of the guests; otherwise, there are no other people in the house. The garden, situated in a hollow, offers special tranquility and is protected from the wind by trees and is hardly visible.
