Favourite cycle paths: into the Loog

Today it's time for a more relaxed tour. You set off from the village to the Loog. It's not quite over hill and dale, but against wind and weather. The two parts of Juist are separated by about 2 km.
Just turn west and set off - no matter where you start (unless, of course, you stay overnight in the Loog). That's the beauty of Juist: there's absolutely no way to get lost! The best thing to do is to leave your bike at the Loogster Hus and explore the pretty Loog on foot. In summer, events such as the Loogfest take place right next to your bicycle parking space. Inside you'll find a children's playroom. Stroll through the alleyways, enjoy the view of the Wadden Sea and climb the beach precipice.
When you have seen everything, make your way back to the village. In between, stop at the mushroom anchor at the entrance to the Loog and admire its unusual shape.
