"Töwerland hüpft" - village festival of the retail trade

Under the motto "Töwerland hüpft" , the Juist retail trade organised a village festival. And what a village festival it was! Everyone got to know the faces and stories of the people behind the shop counters who give you a friendly welcome and advice every day.

"Töwerland hüpft" took place for the first time in 2023, and in 2024 there was a new edition with the addition of "2.0". 19 businesses on the island presented themselves as part of this family festival. A raffle with 724 tickets was held - and every ticket won. The five main prizes included a weekend on Juist and a sightseeing flight over the island. There was no shortage of activities for children either: in addition to a waffle stand, a face painting station, sack races and an egg race, the children also made small sailing boats, threw cans and played on the Klüterbahn. The Easter Bunny himself was also there and handed out 250 vouchers for the trampoline at the harbour.
