The North Sea Run is coming up! Some very intrepid runners master seven stages in seven days - one run per East Frisian island. Quite strenuous!
The stage of the North Sea Run will take place on Juist on 12.06.2023. And the route? The runners start at the Kurplatz, run towards the beach, then along the beach in a westerly direction. At Loog, the course changes and the runners head back along the beach towards the east. At the height of the Wilhelmshöhe, the course changes again and the runners leave the beach at the Strandhotel Kurhaus Juist and finish at the Kurplatz.
The starting signal is given at 11:00 a.m. at the Kurplatz. The course is approx. 9.5 km long.
