Did you know that there is also a bicycle car park behind the airfield? Yes, honestly. If you follow the road in an easterly direction (i.e. away from the town), you will cycle along to the left of the runway. After about 100 metres you will reach the last bicycle parking area before Norderney. Park your bike here if you want to explore the info trail there or discover the Kalfamer (during accessible times!).
