Der Aussenterrasse des Baumann's ist über eine Stufe erreichbar. Das Baumann's ist durch eine Rampe (links vom Eingang) für Rollstuhlfahrende gut zu erreichen. Allerdings muss eine Stufe geschafft werden, um den Bereich des Erdgeschosses zu Erreichen. Hier befindet sich auch eine Behinderten-Toilette. Die weiteren Innenbereiche als auch der Balkon sind für Rollstuhlfahrende nicht erreichbar.
