Do you want to do something preventive for your health and have fun at the same time? Then the climatic therapy "From air bath to sea bath" is just right for you!

The climatic therapy "From air bath to sea bath" builds on the cold stimulus as the best hardening method of all. It starts with a walk on the beach in the fresh sea air. Step by step, you drop more and more clothes every day until you finally plunge boldly into the waters of the North Sea. The important thing is to warm up quickly afterwards.

The therapeutic effects are enormous:

The offer is led by trained and certified thalassotherapy specialists. The following dates are offered by the spa management in the early and late season:

Mondays, from 15:00: Juist Sea Climate - Simply Lovely
Together with a trained thalassotherapy therapist, you will walk along a thalassotherapy path directly on the beach, perform breathing exercises and receive information about the climate and thalassotherapy (duration of the thalassotherapy walk: approx. 40 min.). The walk as a benefit of the TöwerCard is available free of charge.

Tuesdays to incl. Saturdays, each from 08:00: Juister climatherapy - From air bath to sea bath
Under the expert guidance of a thalasso therapist, a gradual acclimatisation to the stimulating climate of the North Sea takes place. Together in the group, daily exercises are carried out on the beach to strengthen the body's defences. A participation fee of 9€ is charged per date you attend. 

Meeting point is always at the beach exit "Strandhotel Kurhaus Juist".
It is recommended to attend all dates in order to provide the best possible experience. You can register via the form below, but this is not compulsory.
Please note that the walk (Mondays) cannot take place in case of rain.

The walk on Monday is available free of charge.
The climate therapy from Tuesday to Saturday costs 9€ per appointment. It is recommended to attend all appointments in order to savour the effects of the climatotherapy.
