Watercolour course in the island museum
Painting on Juist
Course content:
Collecting shells and stones, walking over sand dunes and through glittering mudflats, watching foaming waves and dune grass in the wind - who doesn't know this from holidays by the sea? And these could also be topics in this watercolour course. During the course, typical island and coastal motifs will be worked out step by step under guidance. The courses take place in the foyer of the Inselmuseum and are suitable for beginners with previous knowledge and advanced students.
Materials will not be provided, a list of materials will be sent out shortly before the course.
This is what course instructor Susanne Hohaus says about herself:
I am a freelance painter from Soest and have been working intensively with watercolour painting for many years. I work in my studio in Soest, where I also give courses and offer painting courses and painting trips at various locations throughout the year.
The technique that fascinates me the most is the wet-on-wet technique, always combined with other techniques.
