We can separate the flats Starboard / Dinghy and Bill / Dinghy by means of a door in front of the hallway, creating a spacious four-bed flat.
The house has a lift.
The house's own sauna can be used for a fee (payable locally at the house).
There is also a treadmill in the house, which may be used by all guests of the house.
