Freshly awoken from winter, spring beckons with renewed vigour. To make sure your back is strong enough to shoulder all the challenges this year, this course is dedicated to special exercises for a well-trained back. Targeted exercises release tension, strengthen the back muscles and stretch the body.
Yoga has been a tried-and-tested path to greater health, balance and clarity in your life for over 2,000 years. Together we will learn the karana of spring energy, which you can then use at home.
This course requires no prior knowledge and brings together yoga fans and beginners. There is also no age or physical ability distinction.
